    Reg. Cancelling GC application

    I have reasons to suspect that the main motive behind my husband getting married to me and still staying married is to obtain his Green Card. His application was filed as a dependent of mine. At this point though I am not certain of the foul play, I wanted to find out if it is possible to revoke his application or cancel his approval process.

    What is your visa status and in what category has your GC been filed
    (family, job, others)?

      If you have not gone to the interview then yu can write to the INS and request that the application be cnacelled.
