Hi,
I am an Australian citizen and have gotten an american girl pregnant, who is choosing to give birth to it in the US.
I want to try and find and apply for a visa that will give me the capabilities to live and work in the US full time to support and be close to my child.
I don't want the Visa to be related to the mother of the child as our relationship is unstable, and don't want any issues that may arise with her to affect my visa and therefor my relationship and ability to be a involved father with my daughter.
please help
