Hello Folks,
I worked in US on H1B from 1998 to 2006 before moving to Canada to take Canadian citizenship.
While on H1B, my employer filed Green card in 2002 with the priority date of June 2002. My labor was approved but never filed I-140/485 as I had to move out.
Now, I am getting an opportunity to work in US, the employer might sponsor Green card also, if he sponsors green card, would I be able to use the Priority Date of my prior Labor approval and stay ahead in the queue.
If my question is not clear, please let me know and I will rephrase...
Regards,
Jay.
