My mother's name was misspelled on I-130. It is actually Ratana (Passport) but by mistake we typed Ratna. I called U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to make correction, they said that the application was already transferred to NVC so they can no longer make corrections. I already paid all the visa fees and AOS fees. What should I do? is she going to get rejected? PLEASE HELP!

IT won't get rejected. When completing the online form DS-260 for the NVC requirement, just provide the correct spelling. The visa will eventually be processed and issued in her passport name.
