Need Suggestion

Hi,
I am here in US with my husband on H4B visa. I recently had a daughter here and she is a US citizen by birth. I wanted to find out If my husband and I get seperated, can I stay back here in the USA as the Mother of the citizen(my daughter) not as my husband's dependent? Please help.

You can't. Your child first needs to be 21 years of age and she can sponsor you through family based green card.

Until then, you don't get any advantage in US just because your daughter is US citizen.
