dependent first name is spelled incorrectly on online i-94 form
Dear All,
I have noticed that first name of my online i-94 record on us portal of my kid (aged 4 years ) who is dependent on me has spelled incorrectly(1 letter in the middle) and rest of the details are correct. But printed name physical record (before 2014 they used to give a i-94 in paper at POE) is correct.
Now my question is , I am planing to transfer my H1B visa to another employer along with my dependents(wife &kid). I need to send the USCIS, copy of I-94 records as well. will there be any issue with H1/H4 transfer after submitting the my kid's i-94 form as it is (physical copy, ignoring online forms) without correcting first name.
