How 2 get visa on duplicate passports

Hello Friends ,

I desperately need ur suggestion advice or anything that can help me .

I lost and and got duplicate Passports and I 94 issued here in US for my two kids . Now I am visiting India in June for a month .

1. Do I have 2 get new visas issued for my kids to gain entry in USA . ?

2. Is there any way I can get visas issued in USA ? What is the process and what options I have ?

I am on H I B Visa valid till Dec 2006 .


I will appreciate any help .
