I am a citizen of Russia but have been living in Korea for the past 16 years. I've grown up with American culture and history. I also lived with military personnel. English is my primary language. As I reach the end of my highschool days I am looking for a way to apply for a Green Card for the U.S. so I am able to enlist into the military.
I have no related family in the U.S. but I do have a lot of close friends. Is there any form that I could apply for for a greencard to enlist? Perhaps, Special Immigration?
