10 year bar is up what next

My wifes 10 year bar is up later this month I'm wondering what my next step is if anyone know what to do please let me know

You will get more responses if you provided more information.

If she is no longer inadmissible, she should go apply for her immigrant visa. If you are her citizen spouse, you will start the process by filing I-130.
