I heard that if someone stays more than 31 day in the USA, he/she can get US alien green card. What do you think? Is it true? Here is the the full text from investopedia.com
You also fall under the U.S. classification of resident alien if you have been in the U.S. for more than 31 days during the current year along with having been in the U.S. for at least 183 days over a three-year period that includes the current year.

It's not true as stated in your post. If other conditions are met for an investment visa, one can eventually obtain legal resident status in the U.S.
