    Can h4 ead person continue working in U.S. When H1 person outside U.S.??

    Hi,
    I have H1 visa valid October 2016 and my i140 approved. My wife also got ead up to October 2016.
    My question is.Can she continue working in U.S. Until her EAD end date while I am outside U.S.??
