I am confused about the fees. It says we need to pay additionally for postage and then asks for an air bill number.
a) Do we include the extra money for postage in the money order we send them
b) It is asking for an air bill number. Does this mean we need to send it by Federal express and prepay return?
c) US Postal service does not have air bill numbers to the best of my knowledge so are we not permitted to prepay and add to the fees to send it back by US mail
d) How do most people handle passport renewal by mail?
