Medical Exam Results

We had our medical exam last week and I just want to know if when you are given your x-ray film does it mean that you passed the medical exam. St. Luke Hospital the accredited hospital here in the Philippines said that they will forward the medical results to the US Embassy and I just want to know if after you completed the medical does it guarantee that you passed? Thank you.

There is no guarantee like that. You will have to wait until you go for the consular interview.

Usually the doctor will give you a copy of the results of your medical, and he will either either send a copy to the INS, or give you sealed copy to submit to INS. In your copy you can see whether youhave any diseases or not that will prevent you from being adjusted , and if you have then maybe apply for a waiver, call the doctor he has to give you copy and if anything is there then he has to refer you for help.
