Visiting US with Daughter

Hi,

I have been arrested for felony in 1994. The case might have been concluded which I have no idea since I returned to India in 1996.

Now my daughter a US citizen wishes to visit the US. Can i apply for the visitor visa, do I have to mention the arrest in my application and will I get a visa ?

Please advise !!
