    Dear anyone who can help,
    My husband who has H1 work permit in the States visited India with the intention of returning to the States to work but his visa got delayed (more than a month) for unknown reasons and the visa department in India isn't at all responding to his calls. Is this normal? What can he do? Urgent,please advise.
