My family got an immigrant visa thru my wife's employer. My wife is in US already since Jan 17, 2006. Me and our 5 children will follow sometime in April.
My Childrens ages are 11, 9, 7, 5, & 1. Before my wife left for US, we already secured "Parents Consent permit to travel" since our kids will be travelling only w/ me.
Two days ago, I went to travel agency to book our flight. The person I talked told me that the US immigration will not allow us since 5 minors are not allowed to travel with only one adult companion.
Please help me know if it is really true.
I have this in my mind, "airline company dont want to book us since Im the only one who will be paying in full and my 5kids will have their discounts".
