Hello everybody! I'm an American citizen living in Japan with my wife and have been here for a number of years. We are trying to return to the U.S. but we are unable to find a joint sponsor. Does this mean I will have to return to the U.S. first and work for 3 years before I can bring her over? We wouldn't mind doing this, but would my wife be able to come to the U.S. as a long term student, or on a working visa, so we could be together at least until I'm eligible to sponsor her myself? Thank you for any help in advance!!
