I'm hoping to get some expert opinions here about my situation.
My girlfriend and I are both currently under H1B.
My employer is going to the PERM process for my EB3 green card application.
My girlfriend and I are planning to get married, but wasn't sure if there's a time we need to get married by such that we don't get into any issues with her 485.
Or an easier question is if we get married (and receive our marriage certificate) 1 day before we file our 485s, will that impose any issues?
