Dear all,
i am a conditional resident and i am currently out of US due to my US husband's job.
I got my re-entry permit and GC, everything is valid till April 23, 2006.However, we asked it till 2007.
I want to go back to states and apply for the 2ND REENTRY PERM b/c we need it till July 2007.
1.will they issue me the re-entry permit second time?
2. When do i need to file it(can it be 1 month prior the expiration date)?
3. Do i need to sumbit to INS my old Re-entry permit, when and how?
p.s. i have already applied for the Removing Conditions and got the receipt back from INS
