Hello,
I'm from Honduras currently living in the USA with TPS (Temporary Protected Status). I want to apply for Advance Parole to go to Germany to visit my fiance and get married with her. Would I get a ten year ban if i leave the country with my TPS status after getting AP Grant. I have been in the USA for more than 25 years with TPS and have a clean history in my record, but i heard that they can still deny you re-entry even if you tried re-entering with AP. What can i do? thanks for your replies.
