I want to apply for a passport for my daughter. She was born in New Jersey.
Her birth certificate has mother's name as my first name and last name. But my Indian passport has first name, middle name and last name.
Do I need to correct my daughter's birth certificate to include my middle name or can I just add my middle name in her passport application without any corrections to the birth certificate?
Please advise.
