Finding my first job with H1B visa
Hi Dear Friends,
Recently I got the H1B visa approval from Chennai Consulate . But my employer who filed my petition said I have to wait for 6 more months to start my onboarding process ( total validity is 3 years , just for 2.5 years travelling to US )
My question
1. As my employer doesnt have a job for me , can I join any other company ( Is that legal ) ?
2, In that case what are the other formalities I have to follow , I am still in india ( No SSN created yet )
