Can a petitioner/sponsor and an immigrant sign an agreement stating that if they ever get divorced the immigrant under the circumstances of the agreement be deported? Will this agreement hold up in court? Can a petitioner/sponsor also withdraw their support anytime and have the immigrant deported?
