Procedure to immigrate from Shayari, Indai to USA

Hi this is Rizwan Khan, an IT Student, I live in Shayari, India and I want to shift to USA. Please let me know the procedure.

I guess that leaves having/finding a US citizen relative, or gaining skills and education that makes him a compelling candidate for a US visa. Or working on immigrating to then naturalizing in a third country, where citizens have easier access to US work visas ie Canada/Mexico TN, Singapore/Chile H-1B1
