Hello.
My kids are born in the US and are US Citizens, kids parents are US citizens with OCI's. We relocated to India about 12 years ago. My kids are studying in India from 1st grade, and will plan to study in India. Question:: Are they considered as NRI's/OCI/Foreigners are as Indian Resident for Medical Colleges in India, will they pay regular fee or will they be asked to pay Foreigners fee even though they did their entire education in India?
