My I-751 has been abandoned and denied, with the motion be passed?
My husband is active duty military we have been together for 6 years, married for nearly 4. My I-751 form was sent back with insufficient evidence. We sent it again and heard nothing for 4 months. When I did finally get a letter it states that my request for my conditions to be lifted have been abandoned and denied. How likely is it that I will get the motion passed? I'm freaking out, I just had a **** by in Dec and I don't want my family to be apart. Any advice would be great!!
