What type of Visa could my boyfriend qualify for?
My boyfriend is a 20 year old student from India......it has been 3 years since we met in person...i had travelled over there with my family....so that rules out the K1 visa....because it has been more than 2 years.....we are just so very confused about what to do because the only way we can be together is if he relocates over here...but our options seem so limited.....he does not have any degree yet.......if anyone has some advice for us..i would greatly appreciate it....Thank you
