Urgent Help Please

I am from Ireland currently on advance parole however my wife as been taken seriously ill and so she is unable to travel back to Ireland to get the VISA renewed, the visa is currently in premium processing it is a L1 and L2.

Who can I write to regarding the parole and extending due to these unforseen circumstances, I have hospital records and so on to prove this is a genuine case.

Any help would be appreciated.
