Hi All,
I'm planning to travel to India via London to get my stamping done. My H1B visa is expired but I have a valid extended I797 form. The UK gov website clearly states that I will be needing a Direct Airside Transit Visa.
I spoke to few air ticket agents and none of them are aware of this and they say its not true and risky.
Has anyone used it to travel in the similar situation? Or if anyone has any info about it please share.
And also is it an in person interview? How soon will i get the visa?
