Facts:-
Arrived on visa tourist waiver 2001
Married 2001
started processing of forms with marine husband
From there I do not know what has happened i believe that he probaly didnt complete all the forms and submit them therefore I am prolly illegal since the 4mth waiver expired. Oh and has since left for another love of his life?
Any suggestions on how to rectify this situation?
