police clearance/certificate

ive been here in korea for almost 2 year and im going back to the philippines 2mrw to continue waiting for my I-130 (which i filed here) and I-129F (which my husband filed today )approval (which ever get approved first)...but my question is: do i still need police clearance from korea???
