Afternoon all, quick question. My girlfriend is visiting for six months (which is the longest she can stay without any other paperwork) Is there a form we need which may allow her to stay longer, if so what form? Most the forms I look at are for people here on Visas. Being that she is from Canada she is not on a visa. Second question,how long when she does go home does she have to wait to be able to come back? I hear six months, I hear a day, I hear a year! She does not work and I am hoping that next time she comes back (after she has to leave) that she can come back using a Fiancé visa *crosses fingers*Any help anyone can give would be greatly appreciated.
