Hi,
My visa status is H4.And my husband is in H1B.Both have applied for I-485.
But My husband has already got his EAD.and I am waiting for mine,since its been only 3 months I have applied.
But Now both of us want to go for a divorce.
And the GC is in processing,though its reached a stage of I-485.
I just wanted to know,if we go ahead with divorce,will it only me who is losing GC.Or will it effect him also?? And how??
Please help me out.
