Just Need your Help on this Doubt

I am curently on H1-B visa and we have just blessed with our new born baby here in US. I am just wondering if for some reasons, we move back to India for 2-3 years and if we want to come back to USA, I heard that we can apply to come back along with our son. Is there any law that we, parents, can apply for US immigration from India in name of new born baby, a US Citizen???

If yes, could you guys please direct me to get some more information on this matter??
