I am a Canadian and I gave brith to my son in USA 5 years ago. Now I would like to bring him back to USA to study, what could I do to make me stay legally?

Having US citizen child does not give you any rights to stay in the US, unless you qualify yourself individually for US visa/immigration.

You can get investor visa if you can invest minimum $1,000,000 ($500,000 in some areas.)
