I am a 3+ years experienced guy working in one of the Biggest US based MNC in VLSI(chip designing). I would like to work in US.
1.What should be the approach that I should follow to get H1B
2.Are there any consultants who will process my candidature
3.what are chances of getting jobs in VLSI field?

You are working for one of the biggest US company in the field of your choice (VLSI), correct? Why would you want to join a small consulting company in which there's no guaratee of getting a paycheck every month, no promotions, exploitation, etc. ? Why would you wanna jump into a garbage can from a 5-star hotel room?
