Are there companies/persons who helps new immigrants?

I'm wondering if there are companies/persons as a business which helps new immigrants to settle down (like getting them from the airport, assisting in getting accomodation, assisting them in getting a SSN, rent an apartment, showing the town, showing how to pay a bill, going to a car dealer, etc)? Pretty much what a new immigrant does in the first month...

Of course, for a fee...

I've looked in Google but it seems nothing is showing up (only lawyer firms which I don't know if they help with these too).
