Do they issue i-94 for second time arrival?
I entered as fiance and have received i-94 on arrival.after marriage and applying for AOS i left U.S. for a visit to my country on I-131 (advance parole).after second time arrival i had AOS interview(which denied later bcs of incomplete medical document ).now i want to reapply for AOS,but they want my last i-94.I am not sure if they gave me I-94 on my last arrival or not .and WHETHER i gave it to officer on interview date.but there is an airport officer arrival checking stamp on my passprt.my question:
Do they issued i-94 for me on second time arrival?i am not sure if i should apply for i-94 .
