mY current H1 is valid till sep 2007. My employer is in the process of gettting it extended. My visa is valid till sep 2007. I wish to travel to india in aug 2007. Will i have trouble entering the country on my return. Also, will my new I94 be given based on my H1 validity date or based on my visa dates? please help
