My GC expires in april 2008, I want to apply for my citizenship, but I have 2 dui's on my record. The first time I was arrested Oct. 2001, and the second one on Dec. 2003. I'm not on probation or perole. If I apply for citizenship, Am I at risk to be deported?, should I just renew my GC?.. Do I have an option at all? Please help. I'm really confused, and worried.

High risk - Consult high end Attorney

Too much of a risk as your last issue was within five years.
Consult a high end attorney. Don't depend upon free advice.
