My son’s passport expires Aug 16th. He has the I-94 valid till the expiry date. I got his passport renewed last week. Now, I am concerned about his I-94 extension.
Last year, when I got the I-94, I was told that I can get my son’s I-94 extension in any US-Consular office. So I tried at San Jose US Consulate and was asked to go to SFO – USCIS. When I went there, I was told that it cannot be done and asked to try at Airport.
Please let me know whether it can be done at Airport or is there any other way to get my son’s extension?
