I am writing to find out about a lost Cuban birth certificate. My sister-in-law lost hers. She has lived here in America for many years. I would like to know who we could go through to get a replacement. I heard that we could go through the Cuban Interest Section of the Swiss Embassy in Washington DC. Is that true? If so, do we need to travel to DC or is there an easier way?
