Dear Sir / Madam,
I am residing in Bangalore, have a query with respect to Passport. One of my friend currently residing in UK for about 20yrs from now has our Indian Passport, which was issued long time back to him when he was at Bangalore. The said passport is expired 12yrs back. He is a person of Indian Origin. Now he is a citizen of UK. Can he get his passport renewed, if so what are the documents to be produced and whom should he approach for this ?
