The problem with our immigration system

Our immigration system treats everyone who tries to immigrate legally like criminals. The unrealistic requirements they have for a spouse's green card are cruel and ridiculous. The system punishes everyone who does things the right way and rewards those who come here illegally. It's completely unfair to everyone who does things the "right" way. I'm not sure what kind of future of this country is going to have with policies like this. It's probably easier for a child of an illegal immigrant to get his or her parents a green card than it is for a U.S. citizen to get a green card for his or her spouse.

I feel your pain. My wife and I are having issues in bringing our daughter here. We are both US Citizens, and we've been waiting an ungodly 5 months. It royally pisses me off to see people sneaking in the US, from whatever country, expecting free stuff, including education, and then demanding that we should let them have amnesty. What in the hell is wrong with our system, our politicians, and the kind of dipsqueak idiots that are coming here? Something has to change, or this country might as well flush 2x and call it a century.
