To whom it may concern:
I just got my official NCLEX result dated March 20, 2007 from Nevada State Board of Nursing. My concern is regarding the NOTICE OF INCOMPLETE APPLICATION which states that I need to get an SSS number before my license be issued before September 1, 2007 or else I will need to reapply, pay application fee and resubmit my fingerprints. I am currently in the Philippines so I need assistance regarding this matter. It states in the letter that I need to contact a local office of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), complete all the required USCIS forms and provide all required supporting documentation. I also need to contact a local office of the U.S. Social Security Administration (SSA).
