Infopass appointment help

I have an appointment with USCIS Seattle, scheduled for 12:00pm on July 20th 2007.
It is extremely difficult for me to get to that location and when I spoke with a fellow
at your 1 800-375-5283, he suggested I go online to make an appointment with the
Local Office for the same day.
What I need to know is, how do I do that?
