Question on Advance Parole

We have received our advance parole papers (3 copies) which will expire on September 2008. When we go to India in November do we have to H1 and H4 stamped?

In case we use the parole papers while returning from India, upon renewal of the advance parole next year will we get only two renewed as one is already used?

When travelling using an advance parole do we need to take transit visas in London, Frankfurt and Bahrain?
