Married US Citizen 2+ years ago and received my temporary green card which expires August 2007. I applied in June 2007 and already received the receipt notice + finger printing date within 1 week. I am looking at the USCIS website for processing times and it says they are still looking at January 2007 applicants, which logistically makes no sense. I am guessing this information is completely useless and holds no real meaning.
If that is the case, does anyone know how long does it take to get the permenant green card on a I-751 application? There are no complexities on my application. This is a pretty straight forward case.
