Affidavit of support
Irrespective of K-3 and counselor processing, does anybody can help which form require for affidavit of support (I-134 or I-864) to file for my spouse (Indian citizen)? Do I need file both or either?

Thank you for your response but I read somewhere that for K-visa, i.e., non-immigrant visa (K-3), it is form I-134 for affidavit of support and for counselor processing, i.e., immigrant visa (CR or IR), it is form I-864 for affidavit of support.
My initial question still at large as it is not clear to me.
Can anyone help?
