US Birth Certificate

To who it may concern,

I cannot find my original US birth certicate and need to replace it.

live in the UK.

I was born on 12th June 1965. I was born in the UK, but my father who was a US citizen obtained the certicate.

Please could you let me know how I can replace the damaged one, or point me in the right direction to do so.
